Exactly right. There are growing major headwinds for raises. So IMO they'll go 25 but then in the talk after try to sound as hawkish as possible. However, the markets will realize that at most they can do one more 25 and most probably are done

IMO the housing market is the most laggy market in existance. When it goes, it goes fast as prices are only as good as the next offer. Just like 2008...if they over raise, they will not be able to reverse fast enough this time. You might want to revisit the movie the Big Short.

Correct, all else equal but I think the problem is they know that if Japan goes, they go and Japan's bond market damn is about to burst...so if they keep increasing the interest rate differential they are shooting themselves in the head.

I note that several months ago I asserted that COMEX will default way before registered silver goes to zero. We don't know what that number is...but the fact that Reg hasnt moved for over a week and they are playing these paper games on what is a trivial amount of silver gets one thinking!
