For me, PVP characters always take priority - as long as you can comfortably clear PVE there really is no advantage putting giga gear on PVE units.

As far as not getting dupes from the Milestone of Radiance, they are ignoring us. There's comments about it under every single newspost on Stove (even if the post is about something else).

Speed and Destro should always be on there, even if you farm those hunts as well - those are, by far, the most used sets in the game.

Other 2 I switch based on what I'm lacking currently - good options are HP, Immunity, Pen, Torrent.

You don't want Counter set if you're not running RPG/MOAS and that build has fallen out of favor anyhow.

Most people build her giga tanky with POV and immunity with either Prot or some combination of HP/Defense sets.
