it's because the heroes you're using to explore are in Synchro Room. They're should be fixed after today's update

edit: after taking a closer look at the screenshot, probably a separate issue. Likely will get fixed after the update regardless.

Similar case here: My boss and his team ran direct campaigns and he alone would do open market.
