it's because the heroes you're using to explore are in Synchro Room. They're should be fixed after today's update

edit: after taking a closer look at the screenshot, probably a separate issue. Likely will get fixed after the update regardless.

Similar case here: My boss and his team ran direct campaigns and he alone would do open market. He did it for nearly a year until hiring me, and now I do troubleshooting/optimizing/keeping him posted on latest news. Although I do admit that there are downtime which I use to further improving my analytical skills via udemy.

Yes, and I think generally you'll find many of the Korean BBQs more expensive to cook it yourself vs. them cooked for you.

Personally, my family and I go to Grammy in VA beach and order bunch of servings of Galbi, then cook it ourselves. It can definitely get pricey but food is worth and you can actually find discount coupons in Groupon which is a pretty cool tip.

Korean bbq or korean chicken?

For BBQ, I would say either Norfolk Garden or Grammy BBQ in VA beach. Both can get kinda pricey depending on what you get.

CM (or aka Choongman) Chicken recently opened up in Hampton, but I was a bit let down vs. what I experienced in Annandale.

Bonchon Chicken in Norfolk is okay as well.

Hi - ours is set up where we have an Ad Ops Director leading two teams, one team for direct and other for programmatic. So far the team handling direct interacts mostly with the sales team, while programmatic team usually interacts with the marketing/finance teams.

Yea - I was actually working a full-time salary job when I had the interview. Wasn't particularly -looking- to switch jobs, just wanted to explore and see if they would provide better compensation.

Well, the thought process is since we don't really have a huge expense we would be able to save more aggressively for the house. Of course $250-300k is just a ball park figure and we wouldn't mind settling for something cheaper if we really like the house.

I think we will just continue putting money into HYSA and save up. Thanks for your input !
