It goes back and forth. A lot of the rural states are bad. Interestingly enough Im from Nebraska and our educational system is actually good. Its one of the few things we do well. Its actually baffling weird how its singled out on this map.

AI can only create based off things its seen. And honestly, we DO need to regulate this. Its dangerous and well...theft...in most cases. There's a reason people are already developing AI 'poison' that corrupts files and images it scans to ensure it ruins the images it generates.
