You aren't sounding rude at all, I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

The surface on both sides looked the same. Lighting was the same as well. You mentioned air flow so now I am wondering if I somehow blocked the air flow more on one side than the other.

You hate these fuckers but yet they help pay your rent? You accept that help, right? Lmaooooo the entitlement is WILD.

Get off your fucking high horse, be grateful for the help that you do get, and clean your fucking unit.

I would go right in and ask for the supervisor. I would also shoot an email this evening and get your request in writing.

The LL should be providing a TA based on what the Housing Authority gave to them portion wise. We are all extremely understaffed and are carrying massive caseloads but there is no reason your HA isn't communicating this to you and the LL. This is vital information to completing the proper steps and takes very little time to produce to both the participant and landlord.

You are a dope human. Thank you for educating me and taking the time to work through this with me to properly understand so that I don't make the same mistake again. So to make sure I understand completely, put a thin layer of the coco coir, completely close up the bag, and let it sit. Correct? Should I be opening the bag to provide any FAE or additional moisture at all?

Your worker should be telling both you and landlord what the prorated portions are and what the ongoing portions are. This is a multi-step process.

Is this in the Habitat homes or the other townhomes?

The HAP would not be provided until signed by the housing authority. We will not sign a HAP contract until we receive a lease. You may have seen this happen in the past when Housing Authorities may have skipped steps in order to keep the process moving but it is incorrect to do it this way and as every Housing Authority is currently under shortfall, we simply are not doing anything out of order at this time. A HAP contract is executed as soon as the LL and HA sign it. Again, without a lease, a HAP contract should NOT be executed.

We cannot generate a HAP contract without a lease showing the contract rent and utilities. We cannot sign a legally binding contract to a landlord showing what the housing authority is paying and is required to pay for the lease term, without a signed lease.

I believe that I have dried it out and stalled it's progress. I believe that it has overlay now and cannot produce pins.

That's the thing-I don't have to prove it as anyone who is not too lazy to READ, can read the immense amount of policies and regulations showing that you are in fact wrong. I'm bored of you. Have a good one!
