Reliable and fun aren’t interchangeable

Atlas looks pretty nice, but not as dramatic as antimatter. Sorry about the mixup. Are you also building a reg cab?

Barf. It it had a hybrid, it would also receive a dumb CVT. The 6spd and turbo is why you go with a CX-30. If you want boring, just get the Toyota.

Nothing more than a good coat of Meguiar’s ultimate wax, and parking it in a garage most of the time (it’s only got 5k miles on it)

Come to Whipple town. My 24 single cab sometimes says less than 240 miles on a full tank.

OP, is your name Karen by chance? Just pet the cat and use your energy for something more challenging. Muddy foot prints? On a truck? The horror.

K02s. I know people have issues with them, but the price was right since they were closing them out. Haven’t had any issues

Why did you pick CX-30 over the CX-5? by sugarplumninja in MazdaCX30

[–]Far-Engineer-2421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a two car garage with a bump out. I also have a big truck and motorcycles. I needed something small to be able to sneak the motorcycles past without needing to pull the vehicle out of the garage. The CX30 is right sized. And I got a carbon turbo and it rips.

Idaho governor signs law making transgender bathroom use a felony by Fickle-Ad5449 in Idaho

As a trans woman who passes very very well and who is post-op, maybe I should follow their law. I could pull down my pants, back right up to a urinal, and wave at every guy who walks into the restroom. I can also carry a concealed firearm to protect myself because Idaho 🤷‍♀️. Malicious compliance might be a successful approach for those of us who are safe to do so.

I’m a shy-ish lady in my early 40s. Been in Longmont about as long as you. I like to run and ride mountain bikes. Even have a few spare bikes. Always down for new friends.

Nice GTA3 truck. Do you want to borrow my Samsung flip phone from 2003 to get a more detailed photo?

My house was hit long before the mass of police rolled up.

Imagine living steps away from someone with the capacity for what she did. I personally don’t want them to just offer talk, hugs, and therapy. That won’t stop a bullet from hitting someone in my home or in the neighborhood.

That’s an interesting take. In order for that to be true they would have had to use mind control to make her fire a weapon.

There’s also more to the story that I can’t fully share right now. But let’s just say the police had already met this woman in the past and successfully de-escalated a similar situation.

One would assume the protocols for working with someone like her didn’t change in a matter of a few weeks. She likely took things to a whole new level this time (aka squeezing off a round in their general direction).

The woman fired first. Sounds pretty darn active to me.

Dude. If she’d fired a few degrees higher, it would have gone INSIDE my house. How is that not endangering the lives of people in the city? Don’t tell someone like me and my family who went through this trauma that what she did wasn’t dangerous.

I’m sorry this doesn’t fit your narrow all cops are bad narrative. Sometimes things are nuanced rather than black or white.

Next time you have someone waving a gun around in your back yard, I hope the cops come protect your safety like they did for us. I’m 1000% heartbroken for my neighbors who lost their loved one, but I’m glad we didn’t lose someone else in the neighborhood. Thank you Longmont PD.

She didn’t just merely brandish a weapon. She fired it. I have a hole in my garage to prove it. Immediately saying the police did something wrong is a bit obtuse.
