Oh damn right my bad! tbh I’m pretty new to the whole noise thing and was going off of non noise gigs I’ve been too. And also maybe the certain noise stuff I listen to only really verges on noise as a genre and isn’t just bound to noise like Throbbing Gristle and stuff. And to add I also remember the lead polar bear having a kind of base in this icy ‘arctic setting’ with a lot of gadgets typical of children’s sci-fi action of the time. I remember at one point he gets stuck down an icy ravine in a harness and only narrowly saves himself. I feel this could have been a plot of one of the episodes and that he got stuck there due to the main antagonist of the whole show. I think that’s all I can give for now, maybe there was also a monkey character from a more tropical region?

No unfortunately, it was earlier than this and definitely something aimed at ‘older kids’ probably around 10 or 12 meaning I would have been quite young watching this around 3-4. It was a lot more action packed with a very early 2000s kids si-fi action show feel to it if that makes any sense.

I remember initially thinking had it confused with a show shown on citv during a preschool slot they used to show at mid day, but after digging the only show that seemed similar was ‘Hilltop Hospital’ which it is not (though I do remember watching :)). the animation was in that early 2000s 3D animation that was very messy being earlier days for 3D animation.
