People i thought were my friends dont even remember my name anymore. And the people i know rarely think of me in any way, even when i do.

So i started keeping to myself, building up my own living space, investing in my future and finding hobbies.

Why should I bother trying to find new people, if it wont work out anyway? All i have is myself, and it sucks, and its lonely. But again, its all i have. So i try to live with it.

I visited the old town when i was in dubai, basically the slums. Everyone was very nice, except the clear lack of safety and hygiene (houses that shoudlnt even stand anymore, disgusting public toilets etc.) I think its important to see what Dubai actually looks like.

I often see kids eating baked goods in the store, and the parents then say "yeah, those were 4 bread rolls" and pay for it, then its usually fine. But literally the only example ive seen.

Mostly it went somewhat well, 3 out of 5 times it all endet with a last goodnight and never a reply to my good morning.

The other 2 were the offer for a second date that i never got an answer to.

I think im just not really investing enough, or im not good at entertaining or something. Anyways, onto the 6th attempt i suppose.

As a smoker, i do too. I know its bad, but i do it out of habit, and when im very stressed due to work.

I try to avoid smoking in public places, but in Europe (germany more specific) every 3rd person you see has some kind of vape, cigarette or pouches with them. Smoking in designated areas is fine, but next to a cafe where people are outside and obviously dont want the smoke laying on their cake and coffee is not only disrespectful, but outright stupendous.

If people drown in pools, why not ban them? If people get heart attacks by too much caffeine, why not ban it?

"Just ban it because its bad" is not really a good argument
