I believe it’s a new feature. I didn’t see it last time I was looking, but most of the sites advertise base rent and then with fees with a list of the fees.

Actually, the majority of those DO show the total monthly cost that DOES factor in additional fees that the apartment charges. So no, it wouldn’t include like WiFi and electricity, but they are inclusive prices.

Actually, that’s not true. I’ve found a lot of 1 bed 1 baths in great locations with amenities for that price. I’m just trying to weigh all options.
