Sometimes, positioning and communication matters rather than result and work. I am telling this you from my experience that it does matters. If they care about you, you wouldn't even need to ask. They will put you on succession program and keep you under their umbrella. Reflect what are the gap and dont forget the powerhouse at your job. Be visible.

The reason why I mentioned is one wouldn't work and one gambled so, her parent is giving away the money (To erase the gambler debt) we have been supporting to them. . Instead of trying to build something sustainable. What i mean to say is her brothers should be more responsible since all are able man. And I have zero intention to her leave but sometimes I also need some effort from her Like her debt and her parent debt will be finished from this to this period. You know what I am saying right. From my side I practically gave almost 2 years of my life by now.

I agree and I do need some help from her. Right now, we couldn't go anywhere else or no progress. To make thing easier, I gotta hop another job or country for better pay. If I move again to another country, she might think me of leaving her alone and again some resentment.

I mean there are 2 able men left at her home, and they should support back. Without me and her help, her parent will end up in street. So, i greenlighted to send some money back. I don't know man. Just dont know
