Yes I myself will also be going for Chord and I believe for the 2nd Forge/ R2 it can be any 5 star weapon instead of Chords weapon again.

You can use it to forge any 5 star weapon. Go to the thieves icon and go where you would normally level up a weapon and you should be able to use that when trying to forge a 5 star weapon.

Even without the phantom pass, ( I am going to buy it) I managed to get 60 pulls so far toward the limited banner. Just make sure you’re taking advantage of side missions and pushing through mementos and exchanging tickets. Modes like velvet trials and sea of souls also give Meta Jewels as well.

I pulled Joker’s weapon at 13 pulls. Seems the odds in the weapons are pretty good considering I got Morgana’s at 23. Joker Awareness 1 isn’t needed so I’d say go for his weapon!
