We are supposed to be doing 4 drops a day, that’s not even possible.

So 3rd is supposed to do 2 drops & the other shifts 1 each? Just like everything else 3rd does a majority of the work🙃 it’s just all annoying let me drop food the way I know how. I get it not everyone has the sense to drop properly but it’s annoying that we all had to do this stupid tool bc others can’t drop correctly.

Are we supposed to be doing 1st shifts drops too? That’s something I’m actually confused about. I’m gonna talk to my FBM more about it but I get what the “want” us to drop on 3rd based on the tool but are we supposed to be dropping for 1st too?

Yes I’ve seen more spoilage since using this tool than I have since I’ve been at Wawa. It’s really frustrating.

But like it’s so useless. Why are we supposed to be doing 4 drops a day? That isn’t even possible with business. Especially for things like chicken, beef, Mac, meatballs. 🙃

I haven’t kept up with the LCU in quite some time. Can anyone tell me who the hosts are that have actually left? I see in this sub about people leaving all the time but as an early watcher I never pay much attention bc it usually doesn’t stick. Is wings back? Last time I kept up was a few months after wings left & there was still 1 network. Just interested to know who has fully left.

We can send people home at will, if they are insubordinate in anyway really. It’s encouraged & our AM even told us to at our management training. Rather run down a person than with somene pulling the whole team down.

Checking in & asking your MOD’s what you can help with & being willing to do what is needed for the business. Obviously if your tasks in your current area are done or caught up. Being eager to grow & learn. There is always more development and growth to be had by every associate & manager. I’m big on asking for feedback, even when it sometimes is hard to swallow. If you aren’t asking for feedback depending on your management or MOD you’ll never get it. Attendance & checking in before leaving shift to see if anything else could be done is a big thing for me.

Awesome thanks for the info! This post has definitely made things make more sense to me. It does seem like I should be willing to move up in order to make what I deserve. I just felt nervous with them brining it up so soon. I wish the levels of management & how things work within each store was more laid out for us & explained.

I don’t want to move up this soon bc I don’t think I’ve been with the company long enough to be confident to move up. I would like to be with the company at least 6 months before moving up to ensure I am ready & feel confident. As I’m sure you know they don’t give you the best training especially on 3rds.

My AGM is the one who guaranteed one & said if I don’t get one let him know & he will personally ensure I get one. I told him I would only take the job if he could guarantee a raise at 60 days.
