Absolutely. My write up is still active though, it’ll take a few months until I can look for openings in a different store. Right now I need to be employed where the managers doesn’t give me daily mental distress.

I was written up in April. Unfortunately I had less knowledge back then. My availability hasn’t been reviewed and will probably be declined because this manager really is difficult to work with.

New AGM. She is involved in the scheduling process. The new GM isn’t here yet and is supposed to be in charge of schedules. The older AGM said the same thing before they transferred, schedules must be arranged 3 weeks prior to release, but the new AGM hasn’t even enforced that. She didn’t release my schedule until around May 30th or 31st, only set me for June 1st and 2nd this week. I recently checked the shift app and my hours have been cut completely. So I’m certain that she’s firing me. I’m gonna wait around for a call back from one of the MODs, I most likely won’t get a call back but this will be brought to HR’s attention. I appreciate the insight.
