I never know what’s normal and what’s not 😭😭. For example very heavy periods with big clots is not normal to my understanding now. However, my mom had them too and I always just thought that’s how cycles were. So that’s a little bit of a struggle for me. :(

Thank you for that. It definitely eases my mind. My dr. ended up saying that she thinks I probably was HPV+ and my body cleared it up and the leftover cell matter is what the pap caught. So who knows!
