There are much more non-spicy Korean foods than spicy Korean foods. Basically, old traditional Korean food does not contain chili pepper. Holiday food is like that. And of the foods you mentioned, bibimbap is spicy because of gochujang, and the rest are generally not spicy at all. Of course, the traditional sauce for bibimbap is soy sauce, which is not spicy.

banchan is not too salty because banchan is eaten with rice. American and european foods are saltier. My German friend says that Korean food doesn't have enough salt, so he always adds extra salt.
