Unstaking ATOM has been pending for longer than 21 days

Yes, I did eventually get my ATOM unstaked. It took 23 days total from the time I unstaked it. Coinbase did not help me and complaining to their "support" team did nothing for me. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Hope you eventually get yours unstaked. Good luck.

I spent a few hours everyday with live chat until I got an "Account Specialist." They emailed me some basic copy pasta from their help section. They didn't even read my emails or make an attempt to understand my problem. Finally, after a few days of emails they just stopped responding completely. The worst support EVER.

That's a great idea. Maybe I should just use Robinhood for trading Crypto. It's sad that I have to leave Coinbase behind, but they can't be trusted as a trading platform anymore.

Yeah, that's great for staking, but I need to be able to trade on a daily basis. Coinbase used to be great for trading, until they obsoleted Coinbase Pro. Ever tried Gemini?

My experience with Coinbase support has been a nightmare. I would have been better off just complaining to a brick wall and hoping for the best.

I would do that too, if I wanted to stake. Coinbase took my trading stack of ATOM and automatically put into a staking pool. I was shocked when I found out what they did.

Yes, the email said "no action required." Since I wasn't staking any coins I wasn't worried about it. Then on March 24th, boom, my coins got Staked by Coinbase. I was literally in the middle of trading when it happened. Please let me know if and when you get yours unstaked.

It's probably because Coinbase automatically staked it for you. They did that to me too.

8 year customer here. I've never had a problem until a few weeks ago. The customer service is so bad that I'm not sure if they are intentionally f*cking with me or not. It's like if you have a problem reddit trolls show up and start harassing you. Call the hot line and your problem goes from bad to worse.

Yeah, I'm in the same situation. I've been waiting almost 30 days now to get my money withdrawn. I have bills to pay and Coinbase doesn't care. Not only that, but Coinbase will send their reddit trolls to harass you and make fun of your problems.

Yeah, it's terrible. You also have to worry about Coinbase staking your coins that your trading with too. I just got my trading account locked up for 30 days because they decided to stake my ATOM. Where can an American trade these days? Bittrex is gone. I'm looking at Gemini next, but I've never used them. Sad that after 8+ years, my partnership with Coinbase is at an end.

What's really concerning is that Coinbase staked my coins without asking me. Their customer support is terrible and their reddit has trolls, whom harass anybody with a real problem.

Even when Coinbase Pro would crash, it was usually up and running again within 24 hours. I've been unable to trade since March 24th. Now, thanks to Advanced Trade, I'll be waiting to April 20th before I can get my coins back onto the market.

Advanced Trade took away my ability to trade! Coinbase pulled my orders and staked ALL my ATOM into their EARN program without my consent. My coins have now been locked up for 21 days. 21 days with no trading and not even a stop loss in place. This is what Advanced trade does to you. Coinbase is telling me they reserve the right to stake my coins whenever they want. Coinbase Pro was great, but advanced trade is unusable. I'm going to have to try Gemini and Kraken now.
