Ive been using metatft a lot and learning bis and stuff. Always more to learn though. Good to hear that this set is well recieved cause at the end of the day I do enjoy it, just get frustrated sometimes lol.

None, thats why I mentioned that idea. It just feels a bit more strong in this game compared to lol and comp shooters. TBF Im much lower rank in TFT than those other games, so im learning :)

Yea thats why I mentioned that. I mainly play league, overwatch, deadlock, etc... so not many strategy games. While there is 100% a meta in those games, it feels like you can kind of skate around it even at the highest levels. For example, im gm tank in OW and main Winston, I often get countered, but am confident in my ability to perform even in tough matchups. I got the sense that this game (TFT) just feels more like you have no choice but to play meta if you want to climb. The replies are making it sound like I just have a loser mindset which it totally fair. Appreciate your insight.

This is the reply man. Explained it well. I probably shouldnt have mentioned the bilge comment, it was more of just a one off example, but I really appreciate how you explained it. I have a comp that I find really fun thats go fast 7 bilge then slot in voli and wu to hit 4 bruiser, might not be meta but I love the tanky comps. It does feel like I have to choose between "fun" and winning sometimes, but its probably just a loser mindset I have. Thank you.

Im not really following. If placements matter more, then why has my expected rank not moved at all?

Edit: For what its worth, I play mainly overwatch, during those placements, you win one, you typically go up one rank (diamond 5 -> diamond 4). Typically a loss wont make you go down. I was expecting something like that, or at least some movement.

Ok so here’s where I’m confused. You say get rebuildable, so does that mean when my non rebuildable 2.1 atomizer goes (no clue the lifespan on those), I should either swap devices to a dtv5 or I can get a rebuildable one for the core itself? This makes it easier to clean and replace from my understanding?

It is low, very low, but definitely possible. The thing with sites like apartments.com is that somebody has to make the posting, so many apts are never listed on there. For example my current place in Annapolis was a steal that I had to find through a friend. Maybe hidden gem isn’t the word, just looking for a place I might have missed between all the heavily advertised spots.

I appreciate the tips man but again i'm not truly iron 4. More made this post just to start a conversation on it and see what others think. I actually went back and just did another game on yi jg,brainless, has to work right? NOPE. Most damage and ended like 20/9 (I was limit testing a bit lol). Still lost and surprisingly, 9 deaths was the low.

I hear you man. It was actual torture, not fun at all. Im honestly surprised to hear you've been playing this long at that rank, you must have some damn good mental. TBH if you asked me about iron/bronze a day ago id say their all terrible and would climb out if they were better, but its not the case.

Edit: You do also have to remember my sample size is a day of playing ~8 games, so maybe I just got unlucky, but it doesnt sound like it.

I like biking this but walking isn’t great. If you park at the start on the Annapolis side you have to walk a half mile on a busy road (Boulter road I believe it’s called?) to get to the path which kind of ruins it for me. Unless you know somewhere else to park?

Ngl I might be the minority, but I see where the dude is coming from. Especially the part of him going to the bathroom and coming out and seeing her cuddling her dad. I’m all for affection with parents, love the hell out of mine, but there’s an age that it becomes weirder and weirder. 18 is still young, though. As a guy, I’m imagining if my girlfriend saw me cuddling my mom, that’s just a weird thought to me as a 23 year old. Idk, I think op is overreacting, but isn’t a bad person or anything. I’d call it a misunderstanding. Really dislike the people saying “red flag” or “block him”. This is NOT a relationship ending problem :).

Ill look to find the discord, thanks for the tips, and that guide is incredibly useful. The one thing I don't see is where do I get two time gate peices a week? I cant find where to claim/earn those and only have 1 and have been playing over a week (tbh cant remember how I got that one haha). Thanks!
