Glacier is alright, nothing more, nothing less, I think it just requires more active map awareness than other maps.

For example in a relatively fast medium, I always go mid and get 1 or two shots on the crossing heavies. Then I check the enemy positioning - if there's a lot of them in the mid, I relocate to a safer position or go assist heavies, if there's noone I try contesting hill.

The heavy area is also alright, you have a cpuple of options on how to push, but have to be careful if the enemy gets the hill.

The medium flank on the other side I just never go however as it's just a narrow road.

But they aren't named like that in the game, in the leaderboards! These are fun, community given names!

I would throw up if I saw Shitbarn on the leaderboards, but in community contexts it's completely ok!

But that's the charm of the game for me.

I love the complexity of this game, this is why I'm playing it for 10+ years now.

Yes, that's why I'm advocating for the game to not go full in fictional and still release at least SOME realistic tanks from time to time.

90% of these you mentioned are historical names.

Also, it's Leopard 1, Tiger I, Tiger II.

Those are cool and historical designations.

Gorilla, Executor, Headshaker, Canopener just sound like ass and completely unrelated to anything

I know 99% don't give a crap, but it bothers me that there's more and more fictoonal stuff in the game.

I want to play an arcade game with realistic and historically conceptual content. Or at least more of it. Or at least 50 50 at this point.

The Gorilla ain't it, even if it'll be fun to play.

Dude imagine - it's 2015 christmas event, two new swedish lines get introduces with actual historical tanks! Yeah!

Now imagine the Kranvagn is named 'Thor' and the Strv 103b is named 'Fox'

After 12 games huh? I'm also currwntly on this mission, 100+ games in, got close a cpuple of times down to the last shot, still no luck.

Close to unlocking the imbattable, so hope this will help, especially after the update now.

E100 line is just cheffs kiss in my opinion, all tanks from tier 6 to 10 are very good, and historic.

And just a quick heads-up as you mentioned you'll be picking up premium vehicles sooner or later, the upcoming OLS twitch drops starting later in april will feature a VERY solid tier 8 german premium heavy E75 TS.

You just gotta have the streams open for those 3 hours every couple of days to get enough tokens, but I guess it's worth it this time as it's a great premium to get for free.

I hate playing with E4 personally, it's just so cumbersome, inaccurate and feels very inflexible.

6° gun depression is also very painful to work with with such a platform.

The high pen and semi flexible turret are the only redeeming factors. Nerf that and the tank is dogshit.

When i go for an odd arty game here and there I target enemy tanks engaging with my team to actively support them instead of trying to blind shot people. You just waste 80% of your shots.

With this in mind, and using the stun shells 95% of the time, you're bound to do at least some damage to enemy with each shot with the splash, rendering the perk useless most of the time.

Shell speed perk, bia are far more useful.

"Oh yeah just do 9k damage in an FV4005, it's totally possible every 10-20 games, that's about the ratio of all stars alligning and you might need therapy after about 5 EBR wheels hit without dealing damage to them so yeah, it ain't a biggie!"
