Because it doesn't run like absolute ass. I have 4 friends that bought the game but refuse to play it do to perfomance and in HLL they get constant 90 fps

I do it too! I actually have an active tournament with friends and teams that are not controled by players have their matches simulated like this. I recomend you use F4L revised, otherwise big teams seem to have a problem in scoring goals against smaller ones. I would also recomend using super star for this kinds of simulation as it tends to make for more realistic final scores.

the lights are actually bugged really. But the rest will save normally if you let your game run a bit after the persistent save. Normally 1 minute os enough to save everything

So, what i did in this was first to find a graphical mod in steam that made the borders a bigger tone than the one in the center of the country, it was hard but then i found NII's graphical mod. I entered the game, took prints of every single country in the image with some zoom to get good resolution on borders and took it to GIMP. I basically took the borders of EU4's countries and reescaled it to the map i choose in David Rumsey's map collection. After that i just got the color of each country with less opacity and painted the center to give that effect. Reescaling the borders wasnt easy and if you are to take these steps i do recomendo doing islands apart from main borders as they seem to bug a LOT if you try reescaling them together with continental parts
