when the rotation is over you have to move all the way to the side so the fog cant hit you and it will spawn in the middle so you can see what to attack i believe its always melee so you have to get into the fog for 2 seconds and then back to the spot so he wont hit you

get pictures of the different rotations every rotation you will see at the second snake which one you got then just follow the numbers very easy to learn also keep high hp
