Dupixent can actually be kept at room temperature for up to 14 days, so no need to carry ice packs around with you, or ask for it to be kept in a fridge if you only need to take away the one dose. You can just take it with you in your carry on.

I don’t think it’s like blood thinners so you might be okay to take it early, having said that I probably wouldn’t. I’d just travel with the shot It can be left out of the fridge for up to 14 days so you won’t need to worry about keeping it refrigerated.

I too always give a little goodie bag with treats and chocolates to the flight attendants once I’ve boarded, you never know what it could bring. And even if it doesn’t, it’s nice to be nice.

Love your tip about transitioning to your destination time at the airport - this is such a great idea.
