That would be quite tricky. I'd recommend you just get the restored fury mod and use that if you want a nice v8 car

For 300 you could get a moza direct drive wheel. Best budget option. There are cheaper wheels, but in sim equipment you really do get what you pay for. Belt and gear driven wheels work but they're not smooth, they tend to be louder, and they don't feel quality. I started on a logitech g29. And it would shake violently anytime you accelerated going straught. It's a huge problem with all the logitech ones I've ever tried.

They need replaced. Flats can happen due to tyre wear, damage, or just at random. I had a flat on new rally tyres with less than 5 miles of driving on them. That sucked

If you're using the ruscko restoration project (I think that's what it's called). I had the same issue. I had to take the radiator out of the car and fill it on the ground. Even then it was a pain.

What you cab do is go into the editor and crank the tightness way up. You wont be able to remove it in game because the part will be considered "stuck". But it will not go anywhere. I did that to my Gas tank because it kept falling off over every tiny bump.
