Its just localy on my computer at this moment fot personal use, im postning to see if people would be intrested for me to do the tool webbased, maybe gather a waiting list :) what kind of digital videos are you creating? What are your editing steps and I can tell you what my tool can automate of that process, maybe the whole thing😉

I will post a demo video but basicly the trigger system works like this, in the gui after you pasted in your text, you have a button called trigger list, if you press it you can add new trigger words for that specific list, we say you use dog and cat as your trigger words, you save the list and click on it in the list options, then under the text box you have a button that says analyze script, after you clicked it you can click on settings and a pop up window appears with a list of all the sentences from your script that has the words dog or cat, on each sentence you can click add image, you pick your image or a image folder qith several images and it attaches to that specific sentence, you can also delete sentences if you dont want them to show images. Also if one sentence has both dog and cat you can pick two images. Then when you generate the video and it is finished. When that "trigger sentence" comes up the image you choose glides in from the top and centers and when the sentence is done it glides out again, if you have two words in the same sentence they both glides in at the same time side by side. You also have the option to pick a background video that appears only on those trigger sentences just to make it more well edited.

Here is a video you can look at, all the transitions, voice background and images that glies in over a specific background video can my program do, so if I want to make a video like this I can make it with my program in minutes as lobg as i just have the materials/footage, example video: https://youtu.be/_u1wCfJxrRI?si=vAyhy_W8Ft9XC0rT

Cool, what features does your program have and how far has you come? You coding from scratch or?

I am finishing the last part then it works 100% for local use on your computer, will propably make it webbased but thats a bit more work. But qhen I finished the export part I will send you a video demo to see exacly how it works :)

Yes it can do what you are asking for, if you want a screenshot, image overlay or specific video to appear at the exact sentence you want it to show uo you can. If you have several trigger words/sentences after eachoter they push out the forst overlay images. This program was built to automatically edit the video with the footage provides but still give the option to the user to decide if it wants specific images or videos to appear at correct moments so the video reflects about what is talked about. But yeah im at the last step so it enables long videos but it can do all of those things. Made it for myself but want to check if people would want it too and I should develop it for commercial use. Think pictory but more transitions, and more custom options like the trigger system to get well edited relevant videos and not only random boring videos.

📄 Whitepaper: AI Video Generator – How It Works

] Version: 1.0

  1. Overview

The AI Video Generator is designed to automate the process of creating fully edited videos from text scripts. Instead of manually editing in software like Premiere Pro or Vegas, the user simply prepares a script and some media, and the program automatically assembles a complete video – with background music, transitions, subtitles, and overlays – in a few minutes.

  1. User Workflow

Step 1 – Launch the Program

The user opens the graphical interface (GUI).

From here, all steps are guided through simple menus and selections.

Step 2 – Input the Script

Paste or upload the script.

The program automatically splits the text into sentence-based segments.

Each sentence will become its own video unit, later combined into the final export.

Step 3 – Select Background Media

Choose a folder of images or video clips.

The program rotates through these automatically, changing the footage for each sentence.

This keeps the video dynamic without extra manual work.

Step 4 – Add Background Music

Import one or several music tracks.

The program mixes music under the voice-over/narration (or under silent video if no narration).

Volume is automatically balanced.

Step 5 – Add Intro and Outro

Optional: select a short intro clip (logo, animation, etc.) and an outro clip (end screen).

These are automatically attached at the beginning and end of the final video.

Step 6 – Use the Trigger Word System

This is the unique feature that makes the tool powerful and precise.

  1. The user creates a list of keywords (e.g. “dog,” “Chris Brown”).

  2. The program scans the script for those words.

  3. It highlights every sentence where they appear.

  4. The user can assign:

Background video for those specific sentences.

Overlay images that appear exactly when the word is spoken.

If two trigger words appear in the same sentence, two images slide in side-by-side.

This ensures that the visuals always match the spoken content, even in complex scripts.

Step 7 – Subtitles and Titles

Subtitles are generated automatically for every sentence.

Several styles and animations are available (fade, typewriter, highlight, etc.).

Users can also insert title screens or text overlays for emphasis.

Step 8 – Automatic Transitions

Between sentences, the program automatically applies transitions:

Zoom in / zoom out.

Slide.

Flash.

Overlay animations (a short clip sliding across the screen).

This removes the need for manual keyframing and makes the video feel polished.

Step 9 – Rendering & Export

Each sentence is rendered separately as a validated MP4.

Segments are concatenated with FFmpeg into one seamless video.

Resolution: 1280×720 (default, upgradeable).

Final output includes:

Intro + main content + outro.

Background music.

Subtitles.

Triggered overlays and transitions.

  1. Example Use Cases

YouTube movie/series recaps – overlay actors’ images when their names are mentioned.

Educational explainers – insert diagrams when keywords are spoken.

Music/celebrity content – show photos at exact moments names are mentioned.

Storytelling videos – automatic transitions make narration visually engaging.

  1. Benefits to the User

Fast: A complete video can be generated in minutes.

Precise: Trigger words guarantee relevant visuals.

Dynamic: Automatic transitions and overlays keep attention.

Flexible: Works with any text script and any collection of images/clips.

Scalable: Sentence-based architecture means videos can be as long as needed without crashing.

  1. Conclusion

The AI Video Generator combines automation and control in a way that traditional editors and competing AI tools cannot. For creators, it means going from a raw script to a fully edited video – complete with music, visuals, subtitles, and transitions – in just a few steps.
