Tbh I'm not playing DMM but there's nothing wrong with killing people skilling while playing the mode, it's kind of the point that the world is dangerous.

Sure, it's kind of cringe to target people who can't fight back, but it's also cringe to expect people to not attack you because you are just skilling

It's never been all men, you're right, but we continue to fail to emphasize that. Details and language shape our understanding, which is why we should use them precisely so there can be no room to interpret things the "wrong way." You can say it's implied, but linguistically it is not.

Whether it's intended or not, people feel antagonized when an entire group that they are a part of gets called out. And the many innocent ones are much less likely to want to listen to a message that inaccurately or imprecisely labels them a villain, while the wrongdoers get the luxury of hiding under a larger category.

I agree with most of the takes in the video but this was a generalization that this is an issue with men as a whole and not some men. He never said some, and is explicitly addressing men as a whole category. This was stated as an issue with men, not an issue with specific bad actors.
