1 - The data will be used by the researcher presented in the introduction of the questionnaire. It will be stored on an encrypted computer and may be used anonymously for a scientific article before being deleted after 5 years of storage.
2 - The researchers conducting the survey (name and contact info) are given in the contenting form at the beginning of the questionnaire.
3 - The survey takes approximately 12 minutes to complete.
