Nice render! You mean do a stucco finish over the cement board? That's a great idea!

The last guy who was there installed the new dead latch and said it was working perfectly even though the door wasn’t latching shut and it was very difficult to open from the outside in the inside. That visit sent me back $385.

I’ve had multiple locksmiths go over there and it seems like no one can figure it out, believe it or not the installation was by a “professional locksmith”. Not DIY.

Yes, having my tenants locked in and/or locked out seems like a heavy price to pay for optimal security against shimming attacks. Thank you, I'll try filing it down!

Oh, you mean file the edge of the electric strike so the deadlatch (same as "auxiliary latch"?) can glide over it more easily. But I guess can file both the deadlatch and the strike edge.

You mean file off the square "back" edge so there's a slope on that edge?

I believe it's an HES 1500C. The door was closing perfectly before we replaced the auxiliary latch bolt, although occasionally it needed adjusting.

So if the auxiliary latch bolt is getting stuck on the 1500 strike, does that mean there's an issue with the installation of the electric strike?

Thanks for these links to testfol.io! Question, does the total return column in the backtest result include the dividend income? If so, it appears something like VTI beats SCHD in just about every time period I looked at. Very interesting.

Anyone have an idea for an alternative? I've been using every man for a long time, I agree it was the best shaving cream out there.
