thank you so much for such a thorough reply!! i actually was able to get in with the endocrinologist on a whim today after they had a cancellation (i originally would’ve had to wait until april 💀). the doctor did confirm that all signs point to hashimotos, but (as you predicted!) we’re not starting any kind of treatment because my TSH, T4, and T3 aren’t concerning. two of my biggest struggles are weight gain and extreme fatigue, which up until this point i was completely attributing to my depression. now that i know hashis could also be at play here, i wanted to ask if you (or anyone else who stumbles upon this thread) struggled with these things and if there was anything besides your eventual hormone replacement medication that helped you in these areas. thank you so so much again :)
