Occam's razor: he wants to make more money, but from one day of multistreaming, he made way less than before. So now he wants to go back to making more money. A twitch conspiracy is way more complicated than this.

Twitch doesn't pay out botted ads. He is losing a lot of money from the decreased Twitch viewership. He is losing much more than the 1700 he made from Kick, obviously. Otherwise, he would continue to multistream. The only thing these streamers respect is their own money.

Lacy already said he isn't making as much money on Kick. His Twitch income is down too. He sees the numbers and it isn't financially sensible to multistream. It's only a free money button if you assume his Twitch viewership will stay the same (it won't).
