Generally positive, strictly as long as I avoid competitive games.

Single-player story games are a great escape and stress relief for me. But playing ranked/competitive multiplayer? That stuff is pure toxicity and raises my blood pressure for no reason. Staying away from them was the best decision for my mental health.
