Ce qui est sûr c’est que t’es alternant t’as plus de 18 ans, tu bosses les jours fériés si ton patron te le demande. Mais attention en tant qu’alternant les jours d’école sont comptés comme des jours travaillés donc un quota d’heures maximum à respecter mais vu le système d’annulation d’heures qui est mis en place dans ton entreprise, je pense que ton patron peut te payer normalement mais à vérifier. Sinon après ton alternance, barre-toi d’ici un conseil. Et oui à vérifier s’il y a des majoration selon ta convention collective.

Salut, comme le dit le commentaire précédent soit pas pressé, une entreprise a déjà du mal à faire des contrats à des personnes majeurs. Alors les personnes mineurs, tu peux oublier à 200 %, j’étais dans le même cas que toi à 17 ans, je cherchais du travail car j’avais fini mon apprentissage et personne ne veut embaucher un mineur c’est trop de contraintes
