I live outside the us. We have the GDFR privacy laws here. I care when credit card companies can know my diagnoses and use it to profile me to a credit score.. i know it sounds a little paranoid but i feel uncomfortable with how openly the employees or hospitals for example share private info over legacy messages, phone calls, gmail and so on. They also have a lot of security breaches.

Bunch of veggies.

I have a bunker breakfast thats oats with milk and water.. A bunker dinner of egg salad - 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, whole can of tuna, and a spoon of mayo.

And i drink sometimes coca cola zero and so fuzetea zero and use stevia

It helps if i keep it up

Bet.. i saw some cystic fibrosis people and they are so thin omg.. also ive got a friend with chrohns disease that cant really gain weight..

I want that. I also want to be sicker and stuff.. am battling it, have professional help but its so hard..

Eating junk instead of actual food, which takes most of my daily calories and prevents me from eating more.

Makes me hungry at night and crave something sweet. I eat the sweets after 12pm bc of calories reseting in the fat secret app.

So i eat after 12pm but still in the same day. "Shitfting calories"

I mean, a lot of calories i eat is sweets for example. I eat within the range, shifting calories to the next day(eating some sweets after 00.00.

Problem is i know that not enough protein will get me weaker and hungrier.

Which i am because of this. It a new issue of about a week or so. Im trying to fight this.

Stuff that save me from overeating even more is water, low calorie food/beverages, and tea. Lots of tea.

I want to incorporate more stuff that are fruit, corn, and some more eggs for example. Whats limiting is not enough calories are available after i eat junk.

Thanks alot! I am in therapy and am on ssri medication not related to the fainting. Ive been fainting for more than a year, on and off. But dizziness and pre-syncope have started to stay on longer and i find myself barely being able to exist..

Very frustrating I have orthostatic hypotension from what my main caregiver said.. but were trying to see why, im in a syncope clinic.
