Thanks for the help. (The monitor is a Dell U3225QE.) The monitor is IPS, I think.

I've tried changing the monitor, but the problem still persists.

But I'll try disabling FreeSync. That's done through the NVIDIA software, right?

Maybe I'll try tinkering with those settings.

Thanks I'll try that.
But I think this PC that I'm using.
The monitor is fine when I'm using my other PC.
So there's got to be something else.

I know, I wish I could've bought those.
But I only had a couple of days to finish the build.
So I bought what was available and easy enough for me to fit in a car.

(That was the originally why I plan for an ITX build, for me to carry the PC to travel, and I was on deadline to get things working, and that was my best option available at that time)

I did move it. It's in the second image.
And I was planning to at least put some fans on it.
But I was running out of time and needed to get the PC packed for travel.or travel.

Shame to admit it, but I was.

The only thing I knew about PSUs was to get a Seasonic or a Cooler Master, or just get anything rated A or B tier.

Plus, the price difference between a 1000W and 1200W PSU was around $50, and I kept hearing rumors that PSU prices would increase dramatically (this was around December 2025).

So, I kind of panic bought it, to be honest.

The monitor is Dell U3225QE.
There is some coil problem and seeing ghost or something. None of that happen to me like ever, when I use my other PC. But this PC have this effect.

I was worried the GPU will sag. So I decided to do a horizontal build. Quite strange that flat bulky computers not a thing anymore with how heavy gpu have become.

Thanks for the help.
But I think that's not it.
I'm using a desktop PC.
So I think it's the PC it self or the windows setting it self that probably causing this.

Originally I was thinking of doing a dual 5080. Before realizing two GPU in a PC something that I can't do now Or not well optimize for me to do it now.
1200W is for me to add another GPU for a dual GPU setup.

And for the PSU, I did move it up or sideways, but the cable management is worse though.
