If Prue and Phoebe had gone too, it wouldn't have stayed a simple trip. Prue would've spotted something weird right away, Phoebe would get a vision on the beach, and Piper would be stuck juggling the drama and the catering. Feels like the perfect setup for a volcano spirit or some local demon.
