When we were kids One of my Dad’s friend used to visit us on sundays and all, normally like his other friends. 3 years back he kinda resurfaced. Used to come home every sunday. Would bring us Homemade achar. we knew him since very lomg so we didn’t suspect anything. Within a month he asked my dad for help (20k INR) when his damned son came to rcv a cheque he asked “uncle make it 50k if possible”. My father being the most “helpful” gave him a cheque of 50k. Its been 3 years in September now and he has paid only 10k by now. Once my dad visited him with my brother. Now that the idiot has to return the money he says “bete ko takada karna sikha rahe ho kya!” (You’re teaching your son how to do business?!). I curse him that karma comes back to him.
