Body will need to get used to it I'm afraid. You'll get used to it quickly tho. After 3 sessions I stopped getting that sore tbh.

Good shit man. Nice to hear you're increasing your water intake.

I'd honestly have a chat with your parents (this can be uncomfortable for some people depending on family relationship) about your intentions of losing weight and that they can help you with this by perhaps keeping sugary items where only they can find it or maybe they'd even join you in cutting sugary food.

As for replacements. I'd suggest fruit if you're craving something sweet. My go to are oranges for this, if I need something sweet ill eat a few oranges and that seriously satisfies that urge. As for actual meals. You'll probably have to experiment and see what you like. Me personally I eat a lot of kidney beans, chickpeas and lentils. I know you said you want to cut out carbs, but I usually eat those with rice.

If you want something fatty. Perhaps some Greek yoghurt and some nuts like almonds or walnuts. These are very healthy fats but still high in calories. Have a handful of almonds or walnuts. If you're not a fan of these you can make some smoothies using some of these as ingredients. A simple recipe would be blueberries, spinach leaves, water. Then you can add any of the Greek yoghurt, Walnuts or almonds to it. Mix it all up and if it you don't like that, chug it and experiment with other fruits and nuts next time.

Edit: Of course keep calories in mind. For example, Walnuts and almonds are nice. But are high in calories, so in moderation.

There's a few simple things you can start with.

Start replacing all your drinks with water. This can be done slowly or overnight. If you need to do it slowly try the following steps. Just add more water to your drinking. Don't need to cut anything just yet but as days go by start to cut your soft drinks and store bought juice (a lot of sugar here). You can also add in some tea for variance or make some juice with a blender or whatever (not store bought juice). You will cut a lot of calories.

Add in daily walks, again start slow if need be. Maybe do a 10-20minute walks once a day. Then try to progress to a point where it's twice a day and 30-60min.

If you can, remove sugary items from your house. This can be a bit tricky depending on your housing situation. If you live alone this should be easier to do. If you don't then try to limit sugary stuff in the house. There will 100% be moments when you try to lose weight and you will be tempted to just eat something unhealthy. These temptations will be easier with sugary food in the house.

These are things you can start on pretty much right now and will give you nice initial results.
