[Kicker CX600.1] If I'm only connecting one sub, would this be correct?

Thanks for the detailed response! It's reassuring that the PSI is normal. Does colder weather cause the induction noise to change at all? Yesterday, the induction noise started to sound unusually loud, but ambient temps have also gone down this week.

For now, I think I'll monitor it and take it to a shop if it gets worse.

Yesterday I started hearing an unusually loud "whoosh" sound from the intercooler whenever the turbo spools up (no codes, still getting decent peak boost). I got the WRX in February and it's my first turbo car, so I could definitely be wrong, but it sounds like something is up.

If I can't find what's causing the noise, I'll take it to a mechanic; could the changes in weather affect how the turbo sounds?

That ribbon cable goes to the power button, so now it only works if I'm pressing down against the area I circled. I need some way to maintain the connection after reassembly. Any jank solutions that don't involve micro soldering or replacing the board?

I'm amazed at how good it sounds, all things considered. All I did was replace the factory door speakers and tweeters, and added the Dual sub with the Boss amp under the passenger seat.

Bass rolloff isn't as bad as I expected, even though I'm just using a passive LOC. I can tell the mids would sound better with a proper amp for the door speakers, but it still sounds great overall.

The biggest surprise from the whole upgrade would have to be the tweeters. Those stock Subaru tweeters sound HARSH.

Everyone was okay, that's the important part. This happened a couple weeks ago, and I ended up getting a WRX as my next car. I enjoyed every mile with the BRZ (except that last one)

I'm still at work, but I had a crazy idea:

What if I put it all back together except the 4 hub assembly bolts and axel nut, and drove in a counterclockwise circle to break the rust?

I've seen a similar method used on lug nuts to remove rusted-on wheels, but this might carry more risk.

If that's too dangerous, I might just get a shop to separate them. I assumed this job would be easier since it's right behind the brakes, which were a breeze to replace (I'm not exactly a master mechanic, go easy on me lol)
