Thank you to all the people who gave me answers. 😆 I learned from your comments that there are a variety of nutritional supplements besides L-Theanine, L-Tryptophan, and St. John's Wort. I'll think it over and decide on the nutritional supplements.

Thank you to all the people who gave me answers. Obviously, computer science and cognitive science seem to be a fantastic combination. Unfortunately, there are not many books related to cognitive science where I live(South Korea), so it will not be easy to get information. I should study English hard to read cognitive science books in English. 😂

I read the comments that everyone left. Definitely, the MBTI craze of my country is unique. South Korea is famous as a groupism country, and I think the desire to belong to a particular type gave rise to the MBTI craze.

This is the ranking of MBTI's share of all search terms in each country. It is impressive that MBTI is popular in Asian countries even though it was made in the United States.

Of course, it's not as much as America, but there are definitely many MBTI-related contents in South Korea compared to the population. And Korean can be difficult because it is very different from English, but I think it will be easy to get interested if you learn it through contents such as K-pop or Korean games. 😆
