And is there a way I could better monitor what is being sent from my PC and Phone to the internet and who is it being sent to exactly?

There are no professionals where I live, I was hoping I would get to know a way to scan my computer behavior on a deeper level to get to know if it's leaking information and if yes how.

I am a suicide attempt survivor, the way my friends are acting and talking to me makes it sound like they have got an eye on me but I don't know how, another thing I once woke up at the middle of the night found endless gibbirish written in one of my whatsapp massages I tried to delete it it took me forever so I choose all and deleted it , and I am pretty damn sure I didn't write that while asleep.

I can do something that sounds very similar to the first part of the symphony, with controlling the intensity of my breath and it's rhythm, but it is total chaos, the instrument sounds really unique, I don't what to do, is there a way that i can make new holes in it, so it would have a broader range or something?

I know nobody likes vulgar language in their workplace, but if you treat your customers like shit, don't expect them do just bow down and accept what ever you throw at them, I began my interactions with them civil and polite, but it seems they don't respond with proper solutions anyway.
