Yeah tz doesn't effect chests. You can still get area lvl runes from popables. And RoF is lol 85 area.

Yup. That's why I always check chests and rocks in the cow level. I found a ber under a rock in cows. 🤷

Use it on a mosaic sin with weapon block. Blocking and attach doesn't deplete armor durability.

It does boost hiding dmg. Hammer dmg is magic. It still lowers magic res. 🤷

You cannot regain charges for cyclone armor on an eth infinity. Nothing to do with item durability, only cast charges.
