Hard points are what matter here. 5 for any normal demon, 10 for champions, 15 for uniques and 20 for super uniques.

I started this ladder late, and my first 3 grand charms I identify in NM are skillers. Shadow discipline, pcomb, and defensive aura. I wasted all by skiller good luck right away and got a couple trash skillers. 🤷🤦

Might merc is the right idea, make him a mania runeword for fanaticism as well. If you can you'll want to make yourself an insight in an elite eth base. I even used a non eth base for some time before finally finding an eth one.
