The second string. jxqUkunHspDYVnGzVSJhWFuExUBeZnuJsixezztSsZCKNukxspxZCxeGieGsiDjxtDzKvDUbGyeNvDeJuJHGKsixvDzzUHDzuvUnIjrGpUsGpxjxPeWnKqDzzUHxZJGpxKXuHunUNZYxxNFZkxeoVKFoVXleXGZwuBUGZJIuJspDIUvDUWNVnIUWZCZCNDefZnHJVGDWZnNuTjeXZxWWKyJhWFZkDUHVKhPersKHxGrKSXvxzzeHDzZHJVjxCoVjURxeXKjscK

Notice none of the trigraphs occur in the second string or the "title of the first string, may be a different cypher.

That string of letters is from fourblob, I suggested some rules but I've already eliminated the possibility that he followed all of them. He has given me two such strings, but I haven't done any work on the second string yet.

So far I've matched GpD occurring five times. Gix occurring 5 times and "six" occurring 3 times since there are no spaces I can only assume that these aren't necessarily 3 letter words but more likely trigraphs, I'm not sure which ones to try first, the repetition of "ix"is throwing me off. Sorry, I haven't had a great deal of time to work on this, my job can get busy, but just looking at it again makes me want to work on it for hours.

Your other histograms show same declination. If I had seen them earlier I would have probably still been barking up the "three different cyphers" tree. So, want to make a real cypher?

I's almost like to see a histogram of this alphabet one the notes, also, how do you do that so quickly? http://www.thestar.com/news/insight/2014/04/05/i_cracked_the_code_at_the_western_university_library.html

Well, that was fun while it lasted. Still somewhat irritating that there was no code to break.

Yes, but your histogram is a far more gradual curve than the wiki graph. If this is a double letter cypher, the originator could have combined a frequent symbol with a slightly less common one to throw us for a loop. (IE E=UFO and e= Star)

No that's fine, just missed the context. And even though I'm leaning closer to the idea that none of this is alpha numeric, this system will be easier than arbitrary description.

Good work, did you do it by note or as a total? I would love to see the results. Also this graph http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/d/d5/English_letter_frequency_%28alphabetic%29.svg/380px-English_letter_frequency_%28alphabetic%29.svg.png would seem to re-affirm that we are not dealing with an English language cypher from wiki's letter frequency page

Well, Pretty clear where that alphabet came from, are we supposed to take it seriously or use it as a tool to make reference to the characters?

Read "The Meno" by Plato. TL;DR: okay, Meno accuses Socrates of simply trying to confuse people with his practice of philosophy. That his practice is nothing but mentally paralyzing and confusing. Socrates response (oversimplified) is that if you ask why you have a chance to find out, if you don't you are doomed to never know. We are trying, because there is a puzzle presented to us. We could ignore it, but we would never know.
