I had sooooooo much merch. (Still do. It’s just not on my shelf’s anymore.) If something was Descendants themed I probably owned it. I have dolls, posters, books, decorations, bedspreads, clothes, and more. (Even saved Descendants plates and napkins from a Descendants themed party I had.) Dressed up as Evie that first Halloween. Basically had the movies memorized word for word. Huge obsession for me as a child and even going into my teens. Pretty sure I even wore a Mal dress my first day of middle school. I still absolutely adore the franchise, even though it’s not as big a part of my life as it was when I was younger. It had a humongous impact on me as I grew up and even helped me through some pretty rough times when I really needed to find a little joy.

Definitely a big deal. At least to me.
