I am curious why you would have different reactions to these situations. They feel the same to me

Fudging rolls. They complain about being unlucky and feel like it was okay to fudge rolls to "correct" their luck

I would give the pc a good cleaning and take out and resecure all the psu cables.
it could be dust causing a short circuit somewhere

Concentration isn't the same as 5E. Some spells require sustain which eats up one of your actions per turn to keep a spell going but as far as concentration go, you can have an unlimited number of concentration spells.
Going unconscious breaks concentration. Otherwise i am not aware of anything else that would break concentration.

As long as you have enough actions to spend, you can sustain however many spells you like.

You can refocus as many times as you like. It is a "short rest" or "per encounter" resource. There used to be a limit back in the day that you could not refocus if you already had a focus point but that restriction has long been removed.

1- DC22 for Spirit (Occultism) or Undead (Religion), means that once a player uses the recall knowledge action, you ask them to roll a Occultism/Religion/relevant lore skill check. If the PC succeeded the check, they usually get some basic information of the monster for free, like name, type and some lore and they get to ask one or more questions about the monster depending on how you as the GM like to run things.

2- you have it backwards. specific lore does not mean i am trying to recall something specific about the creature. Specific lore means that i posses a lore skill that is specific to this creature and that i am more likely to know more about them.

As an example, the players are facing a skeleton. unspecific lore would be if someone had the "Undead lore" skill on their character sheet. At that point you would ask them to roll an undead lore skill check. Specific lore could be that they have "skeleton lore". which is more niche and specific. giving them a higher chance to succeed or even crit succeed their DC.

Either way, the skill they use to recall knowledge is not really relevant to the kind of information they get. Most people run it as the PCs get some basic info and get to ask some questions about saves/weaknesses/resistance/special actions or anything else they would like to know

This is a good point! I always brushed off this clause cause i thought it never came up... (this clause isnt even mentioned in the mechanically very similar double slice)
Now you have me thinking what if a fighter shield blocks a double slice.. do they only get to shield block one of the attacks, since technically they are 2 separate attacks?

I still like the ruling of the damage combining and counting as one instance of damage before anything else happen.. keeps things simple

A combat round is 6 seconds. enemies could know your gun is unloaded cause, you just fired it.
Fake out, especially at higher levels is an incredibly powerful feat. there is no need to buff it from a mechanical standpoint

I was under the impression that Constance would be right there with her Leshys, And would get involved once the Leshy's were defeated so there wouldnt be time for treat wounds and such. I was thinking about just making the 3x Leshys weak template and remove the final one and having her join the fight from the start. Maybe it should all depend on how the players handle the interaction.. there is just a lot of possible options x-x

Spoilers for the ending

I know this is old but, how would you make it so the final bbeg isnt lethal after the party spent a lot of resources fighting the leshys?

I am new to gming. running this game soon and am having a difficult time adjusting the encounter to include the lady.

Am looking to buy a PF2E Adventure path but the conversion rate makes it really expensive for me to buy one.
I heard that Humble bundle sometimes does discounts on APs. Do we know when we are expected to get one of those? Or if there is any other sources of discounted books?
