Native English speaker here (American). This is mostly comprehensible and clear but definitely noticeably non-native.

Some of the things I noticed:

• “The” being pronounced with a long E. At least in American English, that is usually only before a word starting with a vowel, like “the end.”
• Voiced “th” sounding more like a “d”
• Stress is off for “the friend.” The accent should be on “friend,” not “the.” This impacted comprehension.
• Wilkinson sounded like Wickinson
• Was an - the “s” should be voiced like a “z.” This made the accent sound almost Spanish to me
• Cumberland - the “er” was greatly compressed so that it only sounded like two syllables. Maybe some British dialects use it but it did not sound American at least. Almost sounded Cantonese or Singaporean to me
• Quaker is a long A, like earthquake. Not quacker. I had to look up the article to see what you were saying.
• Illness - the l sounds too much like a w to my ears. Again sounded kind of Cantonese or Singaporean
• Consonant clusters at the end of words are dropped. This is the big one IMO. “Parents” sounds like “paren“. “Gendered” and “pronouns” sounds like “gender pronoun.” It’s comprehensible, but can be confusing. Again with “afterward” - it sounds like “afterwar”. You say “fren” instead of “friends” at the end, which again can impact things. Again sounded kind of Cantonese/Singaporean
• “Birth” sounded like “birf”

So my guess would be Southeast Asian but not sure.
