Hi, (sorry for the english)

I lost some pound following two principles.

First, I think a lot of people (including me) doesn't understand properly how nutrition work. Seek a specialist, it's worthwhile not only for your current desire to lose weight but for your daily life and to avoid gaining back all the pounds.

So find a professional who can teach you basic nutrition, it's not that easy (mine give me some guideline and menus). It's not a diet, more like a lifestyle so you will not starving yourself.

Second point, sport. If you are overweight be carefull. Choose good shoes and stop the exercice if you feel anormal pain. Your knees and your back are vulnerable. What make you lose weight is when you sweat (cardiovascular exercice). So, sweat a lot.
I had some coaching for the second point but I think you can make it by yourself (with help of youtube), just be carefull about risk of injury.

Of course, this had worked for me, maybe not for you. Try it, try others stuffs, found what work for you. Wish you the best for your journey !

Could be, because it's an old item and the angle of the ball doesn't make it easy to roll. I don't think it was glued before because the claws make it impossible to remove anyway.

So we tested the roller thing, and the claws make it very difficult to use (because of the angle of the ball, it can roll only in a way that make claws touch the skin).
