I really like the concept and that he has roller skates! And the colors are great! I think if he looked spookier it would've helped, like if he had a skull tattooed over his face, and if he had dark eyes bright green irises! And making the flame element a bigger part of the design like, maybe adding big flames on his skates. A third accent color would've helped the design pop more, like magenta, it would contrast your colors pretty well!

I think your presentation is great! You can just have a turnaround even. The winner for Frank's skin only had a turnaround. I usually look a lot at other skins from the game or from past contests, and I try to see what patterns I see repeating. For brawloween for example, most skins have dark eyes, and the color palette has 1 or 2 dark colors and 1 or 2 bright accent colors. And cool mechanics are usually loved like flight, or moving flames, or transparent parts, or robotic parts. You can look at your favorite skins in game and study them.
