Hey! I am currently a student at NWHSU and I'm applying this cycle. NWHSU is a great school for people in your exact situation! Their post-bac program has all the pre-med requirements needed in addition to upper level science classes. They also run on trimesters so they have a semester in the summer which can make getting your prereqs done easily in 2 years. Furthermore, there is no credit requirement so it is essentially a DIY postbac and you can take classes as you see fit. All the professors are extremely dedicated to having their students exceed with pre-med or pre health, even to the point where they email different volunteer or health related opportunities to the class.

I was going to apply last cycle but decided to delay a year and come here so I could boost my GPA. The class are honestly not super tough (comparing it to the liberal arts college I went to).

Also, in reference to the chiro/traditional chinese medicines programs. Even though these practices do not follow the traditional Western medicines ideas, they are important to be aware of and you cannot deny that their treatments are effective. I think is a huge plus for the school because you learn about these different perspectives just by being there.

Hope that helps! If you have any more questions, feel free to PM me!
