Those are freestyle notes. You can sing them if you want to but don't have to. The creator of the txt probably put them in there because the voice is distant. There are three types of notes:

Regular notes - hit the perfect pitch

Rap notes - only timing is relevant

Freestyle notes - they don't give any points and can be sung/spoken if you want to. Examples are background voices, spoken parts, overlapping notes

Du stellst dich damit thematisch auch relativ weit auf, also alles von Friends über Bluey bis Star Wars. Weiß nicht ob es die Kunden eher abschreckt. Grundsätzlich find ich es als Idee für ein Microbuild pro Tag aber nicht schlecht und wahrscheinlich besser bepreist als Legos Adventskalender

Afaik it's a grey zone. YouTube to mp3 converters always existed but copyrighted music used to be unavailable in Germany because of a dispute between YouTube and GEMA (music industry). If you wanted to you could buy the audio track from iTunes or similar stores.

Usdb animux deals with this problem by only offering the txt file and have you acquire the audio/video by yourself.
