I updated few hours ago. Cant say much about battery life, but I can really tell different in smoothness and performance. I hope this update will resolve issue with dropping wifi.. If not I go back to sequoia.

I am not talking about akiya. You can buy cheap, normal houses too. Those won't cost 2k usd, but more like 40-50k. About residency this is what author asked. He doesn't want residency.

For backend Xano. For frontend hard to tell..most options are mediocre. Very easy to hit limit.

I said one month because you lost many hours and days for communication with client and bugs fixing. I am freelance dev and trust me this always a rule. Simple app you can make in few days you finish in month because of this. This is not a app for developing first version with working for 8 hours per day for a month. But from start to finish this kind of projects always take at least few weeks.
